Cancellation / Rescheduling policy 

Colour cancellations clients must inform Dimensions 48 hours prior to your booking if you need to cancel your appointment. Failure to do so will incur a £10 fee will be applied onto your next appointment booking.

Adjustment Policy 

If in the event you are unsatisfied with your hair service, we have a Strick 1 week adjustment policy.

Refunds:

If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your hair we offer a one week adjustment period to rectify your hair service , we don’t offer financial refunds.
