2. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments can be booked via phone, email, or in person.

• Colour cancellations clients must inform Dimensions 48 hours prior to your booking if you need to cancel your appointment. Failure to do so will incur a £10 fee will be applied onto your next appointment booking. 

• Late arrivals may result in a reduced service time or rescheduling.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices for our services are available on our website and may be subject to change without prior notice.

• Payments can be made by cash, debit/credit card, or other accepted methods as displayed in our salon.

• Refunds are not provided for completed services, but we are happy to discuss concerns regarding your experience.

4. Salon Policies

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, health concerns, or failure to comply with these terms.

• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

• We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings in the salon.

5. Health & Safety

• If you have any allergies, medical conditions, or specific hair concerns, please inform us before your appointment.

• Clients receiving color treatments may be required to have a patch test at least 48 hours before their appointment.

6. Gift Cards & Promotions

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

• Dimensions Hair Salon is not liable for any adverse reactions to products used during treatments if a patch test was not conducted or concerns were not disclosed.

• We do our best to ensure quality service, but we cannot guarantee specific results due to variations in hair type and condition.
