How long will my appointment take?As a general rule please allow for all new clients up to 3-4hrs for a highlight colour & cut service.

What are your booking policies?Cancellation / Rescheduling policy Colour cancellations clients must inform Dimensions 48 hours prior to your booking if you need to cancel your appointment. Failure to do so will incur a £10 fee will be applied onto your next appointment booking. Adjustment Policy If in the event you are unsatisfied with your hair service, we have a Strick 1 week adjustment policy. If you require an adjustment, please contact us via phone 0161 929 8946 or email dimensionhairsalon1@gmail.com. Refunds: If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your hair we offer a one week adjustment period to rectify your hair service , we don’t offer financial refunds. What is the waiting to book on appointment/ do I need to book in advance?Yes. Our appointment times and dates can fill quickly especially if they are big appointment slots & busy periods of the year. Its important to book in at least two appointments in advance at each visit if possible. We do always say that we do accommodate last minute appointments where possible, as there is always a chance of a cancellation, so please feel free to give us a call or message the salon.

Can I come for a consultation first?Yes of course. If you would prefer before booking to come into the salon, we offer a consultation service for free. This helps to discuss your hair and get to have a chat with your stylist before booking in for an appointment

What sort of Shampoos, Condition & Products do you use?We currently stock Wella. Nine Yards, Colour Wow & Redken. We have a range of products to suit every colour, style, & budget. We recommend talking to your stylist about what brand/ products will suit your hair needs.

Do you offer Hair Extensions at Dimensions?Yes we offer Extensions at our salon. All extension clients are required to booking in a consultation at least 3 days prior to your booking to allow adequate time for your hair extensions colour to arrive.

Do you have Parking at your salon?There is an all-day pay & display parking located at the back of Navigation Pub. There is also road bay parking that is 1hrs parking outside the salon and surrounding areas.
